On ordering

Once we have received your order and payment, we will start to process your order straight away. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

We work on next day delivery so once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. Once your order is dispatched it is acceptance of your order by us. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for collection. 

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours.

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will process your refund within 2 working days. This will occasionally happen if we have large demand on one particular item in a short space of time.

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere on the UK mainland, excluding Scottish highlands, on orders over £49.99. Please see Delivery Zones Map for more details, and offshore deliveries. If your order total is below £49.99 then delivery is just £3.99. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday are normally delivered the next working day (orders placed over the weekend will normally be delivered on Tuesday). The delivery charge on phone orders may be higher depending on the item. Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are ordering goods that are out of stock you will be contacted once the goods are ready for dispatch.

If you are unavailable when City-link tries to deliver your order, they will try to deliver again the next working day. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Deliveries will be between 9am-6pm. Earlier or specified times can be arranged but there will be an extra charge, please call to arrange this.

Received goods

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in original condition within 7 working days.

We also require a copy of your receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.

Guarantee

All of our products are covered by a minimum 6-month guarantee.
Any goods with faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

If a manufacturing fault develops within the guarantee period, where we can we will send out spare parts free of charge.
We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge.

Any faults caused due to misuse or accidental damage will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
