On ordering
Once we have received your order and payment, we will start to process your order straight away. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
We work on next day delivery so once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. Once your order is dispatched it is acceptance of your order by us. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for collection.
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours.
Order with Confidence
In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will process your refund within 2 working days. This will occasionally happen if we have large demand on one particular item in a short space of time.
Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere on the UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands, on all orders £29.99 and over, on orders below £29.99 delivery is just £3.99.
1 hour slot service, so you don't have to stay in all day!
Most items are delivered by Interlink express, on the morning your delivery is due, you will receive an email or text (depending which you prefer) to let you know time of delivery within 1 hour. If this isn't a convenient time then you can use the text or email to arrange a different delivery date. See Video ‘Hero's of home delivery'
Where ever we can, we will send smaller items 1st Class with the Royal Mail.
For just £14 we can deliver to Northern Ireland , Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man , Channel Isles and Scilly Isles, this is a 2 day service and can be selected during the checkout process.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are delivered the next working day (orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday with exception to bank holidays when delivery will be on the Wednesday.
If you are unavailable when Interlink tries to deliver your order, they will try again to deliver next working day, again emailing or texting a 1 hour window. If you should refuse delivery of the goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, then we will contact you to arrange another delivery date if this delivery is also missed, or you decide you no longer require the order then you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Please note we advise you to check your delivery and to keep any packaging, including the box, until you are satisfied with the product. Returns
A change of mind.....
If within 14 days you have changed your
mind about your purchase, provided the item is sent back to us unused
and in its original packaging and boxed we will issue a refund.
Any items, which are not sent back to us
in a suitable condition, may be refused, or a full refund may not be
issued.
We suggest, for you own protection you
use 1st class registered post when sending back items.
We take no responsibility for items sent
back to us until we have received them.

If you are unable to arrange the
collection and safe return of you item then our service department may
be able to arrange it for you. There is a minimum charge for this
service of £15. If more than 1 box is being collected then there will be
a surcharge of £5 per box.
In order for us to
process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible, please
contact our returns department, who will issue you with a returns
number.
Faulty products
If within 28 days of purchase, your
product develops a manufacturing fault, where we can, we will send out
replacement parts. If this is not feasible we will replace or refund the
items.
Before any refund can be processed our
service centre will inspect the product to verify it has a manufacturing
fault.
The faulty item will be collected at the
expense of Baby Equipment Complete. If upon inspection, at our service
centre, the product does not have a manufacturing fault the item will be
sent back to the consumer with a minimum service charge of £15.
After 28 days.
If after 28 days and within the products
guarantee period, the products develop a manufacturing fault, we will
collect and repair the item. If this is not possible than we will
replace the item. If a repair or replacement is not possible then we
will credit or refund the item.
Note: All items being collected must be
adequately packaged, preferably in the original boxes.

WEEE
In
order for us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as
possible, please contact our returns department, who will issue you with
a returns number.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Always the lowest on price
At Baby Equipment Complete, we like to think that our prices are the lowest on the web, and we constantly monitor our competitors to make sure this is the case.
Unfortunately it is hard to keep our eyes on every price on every website, so if you do find an item that you have brought from us cheaper with in 7 days of purchase on another website, please let us know and we will refund you the difference plus 20% of the difference, as a thank you for letting us know.
The item must be brand new, in stock, and of the same spec and fabric in a recognised stockist, any delivery charges will also be worked out on a like for like basis.
